PRACTICAL QUESTIONS

What to know before we start.

What inputs does a predictive design need?

Scaled floor plans, coverage area, construction materials, mounting heights, devices, applications, intended AP models, and installation constraints. Start with a general overview; agree on a suitable transfer method before sharing project files.

Does a predictive model replace a survey?

No. A model predicts behavior from inputs and assumptions. APoS can test important assumptions before installation; a post-install survey measures the deployed environment.

Are hardware and installation included?

These are professional engineering services. Hardware, cabling, installation, permits, and trade work are separate unless included in the written scope.

Can we work remotely?

Remote design, review, and training are available by arrangement. Fieldwork depends on location, access, travel, and scheduling; these are agreed during discovery.

Do you work with MSPs, integrators, or prime contractors?

Yes—discuss a defined engineering work package, independent review, or specialist support. See the partner engagement options.
