Information you choose to provide
The inquiry form asks for a name, email address, optional company name, service selection, and project overview. Use general business information only. Do not submit classified information, CUI, detailed sensitive floor plans, credentials, or restricted network data.
Sending an inquiry
The site prepares an email addressed to info@leet-solutions.com and asks your device to open an email app. Review and send it from your chosen email account. Preparing the draft does not send an inquiry or create a business record. The website does not send a notification using a different From address.
Project files
Website uploads are currently disabled. Contact info@leet-solutions.com to arrange a suitable transfer method for project documents. Do not send restricted information through this form or ordinary email.
Purpose and retention
Inquiry information is used to respond, discuss the requested services, and maintain related business correspondence. This site does not add you to a marketing list. After your email arrives, Cloudflare forwards it to the business inbox while retaining its original From and To headers. Received website inquiry emails with the prepared reference and consent text are recorded in Cloudflare D1 and tracked in Notion. These records include the sender address, submitted fields, reference, consent, timestamps, and tracking status. Other business correspondence may be tracked manually. Emails with attachments or without the prepared inquiry format are forwarded to the inbox for review rather than automatically imported. Inquiry records are retained for follow-up and business recordkeeping; request deletion through the contact below. Sent email is retained in the relevant email systems; hosting and email providers may retain service logs. To request access, correction, or deletion of inquiry correspondence, contact info@leet-solutions.com. Business or legal recordkeeping obligations may affect deletion.
Analytics and links
Cloudflare Web Analytics provides aggregate website and performance measurement. Google Analytics measures page visits and selected actions only after you allow optional analytics. You can change that choice using “Analytics preferences” in the footer. Inquiry names, email addresses, company names, messages, and receipt IDs are excluded from analytics events. This site does not display advertising. Learn how Google uses data at Google’s partner-site privacy information. External links, your email provider, and hosting infrastructure may process data when you use them. The pricing calculator runs in your browser; it sends nothing until you choose to submit an inquiry.
